We are so passionate about preserving the environment that we have implemented a candle vessel / glassware reuse or return program. Once you've finished burning your candle, we recommend that you repurpose your candle vessel /glassware or send it back to us intact to get 10% off your next order.Prepare
Once you’re done burning your candle, pop the vessel into the freezer for easy removal of remaining wax. Remove the wick holder, scoop out remaining wax, and toss in the bin.
Cleanse
Wash vessel with soap, foam sponge and warm water. Wipe dry with a kitchen or paper towel.
Repurpose
Our vessels are perfect for planters for succulents, mini terrariums, pencil/pen holders, and makeup/paint brushes. The possibilities are endless.
Returns
If you choose to return your vessels, you’ll get 10% off your next order, plus 1% off for each additional vessels returned. Simply email a copy of your receipt to hello@artisanembersco.com with your order number and we will provide information on how to complete your vessel return. A discount code will be sent to you once we receive the jar. Any previously used vessels/glassware that is returned to us gets repurposed into a new candle or products and will always have a sticker indicating that the vessel is ready to begin its new life! Thank you for doing your bit to save the planet.
