Items are shipped out via USPS Priority mail. This method allows for speedy delivery. We ship all items within 3 to 7 business days.
Summer Shipping
Please be aware that candles are trickier to ship in the summer. During the hotter months we take extra precaution when it comes to candle orders. Your candles will be shipped via USPS Priority mail in a thermal mailer along with an ice pack. Also, in the hotter months we will ship out Monday through Thursday only to prevent the product from sitting in a warehouse on Sunday. Please keep track of the shipment during this time to ensure the package is not sitting in the heat for prolonged periods. We try our very best to get the product to you good condition, and are not responsible for any melted candles during this time.
Shipping Delays due to Covid-19
Due to the uncertainty surrounding the USPS at this time, we cannot guarantee that Priority mail will arrive within its usual window of time. Until the issues within their system are resolved, we are looking at alternatives to get orders out and delivered as quickly as we can, while also striving to keep it as affordable as possible for both our customers and our company. We know how frustrating this situation is, but please understand that once orders shipped USPS leave our studio, there's little we can do to get them to you on time. Any delays, reroutes, and other delivery obstacles are all beyond our control.
Please note that we also cannot afford to refund overdue deliveries at this time. Our refund/replacement policy still stands for items that arrive damaged or those deemed lost in transit by USPS.
